Default 2" blocks/motor mods

2” blocks

I was reading 4 wheeler and the guy had a 2003 dakota with a 3” body lift and 2” blocks
Who has done this and if so how is it.
Reading it sounds that you add the blocks in the back and jack up the torsion bars that give about 1.5” -2” lift so over all you add another 2” to the height.
Since there are limited amount of lifts
Im not willing to blow the 1400 just for 4”
I just need a little more height because of the tires……

Has anyone also done some mods to the motor to help gas milage
Cold air intake
Spacer
Exhaust
