Default R/T Running to rich

hello everyone....this is my first post on this forum and i had a question...I recently bought a 1999 dakota R/T in december. the truck has 48k miles and is in need for a tune up. the plugs are Carbon Fouled really bad and its running really rich at idle. I am running a custome exhaust system with no cat. i do have the pre cat o2 in but post cat 02 is running in a loop. the truck had this system when i bought it. i see many dakota and ram owners are running there exhast systems without cats, and i would like to keep my system without a cat. How are you owners who are running an exhaust system without cats running your system? do you have problems with your truck running to rich? how can i correct my system? thanks
