I just go to Wal Mart and buy the 5 quart jugs of Mobil 1. Those others are great, but not worth the extra expense in my book. Even with crappy oil these things last 150k+ and M1 is far superior. If you're racing a lot, ok, but for daily driving I think it's a waste of money to spend more than $4-5/quart.

I've been using Amsoil for quite some time. No problems what-so-ever. I use it for the simple economics: around $50 is all I spend in oil and filters for an entire year.

Check out this website also. Good information about why synthetic oil is the way to go.

You still change your filter every 3-5k?
