Gibson Headers Install Instructions?
Headers are headers, no?
I just installed some edelbrock shorties on my dak, pretty easy. Thankfully nothing was seized and nothing broke. Also with the magnum heads you don't have the end bolts going right into water jackets. Talk about stupid.
Instructions:
1) Remove factory fastening devices.
2) Remove factory manifolds now that they're loose.
3) Install new headers in reverse order. Don't forget your gaskets.
4) Tighten bolts.
Drive it, get up to operating temp, shut it down, let it cool, and retighten.

I personally would let it cool to retighten it..Not just because you could actually burn yourself..which is no fun for at least a week, but because metal expands when its hot, so you want it to expand then shrink before you tighten it or it would loosen up after it cooled down.
