Default performance for cheap

I have a 2000 3.9 V6 dakota and I already have a dual cat-back exhaust. My pockets are very shalow and I want something that is cheap but good under the hood so that I can smoke all of the rice rockets that drive around where I live. I am thinking about getting an airaid cold air intake and possibly a throttle body spacer. What would you recomend getting? Also is a throttle body spacer worth the money to improve a cold air intake?

from what i hear from everyone a TB spacer is useless and they run about $100 so i would get maybe an underdrive pulley set for that price or an air intake i hear the programmers work real well also

You're not going to smoke much with what you've got unfortunately. Your typical import weighs about a thousand pounds less and has nearly as much power. You can start adding stuff, but nothing is going to get you where you want without several thousand dollars.
