well, i've got close to 95 G's on my 2.5l '97 with just an elec. fan, and a cone filter intake. with no no known tune-ups.
i constantly see 25mpg (mostly city driving)
I plan on doing a full tune-up this spring, with some power mods

And in the mileage wars, Automatic Vs. Manual always comes into play...
And when I use my cruise control, I get about 3-5 more mpg than not using it.
My truck usually averages about 18 mpg or so.
