O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135
O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
can anybody tell me what could cause these codes they are both o2 sensor codes but i have changed both o2 sensors
2000 dakota 5.9 2 wd auto truck runs okay a little power loss but not much but it pings alittle if you get all the way in the gas

admin - please move to 2nd gen.
sounds like a bad o2 sensor out of the box, i went through 3 of them before i found one that wouldn't throw a code. either it wasn't there (hi volt), the heater was bad (heater malfunction) or both. take it back, most places will give you your money back if you show them that it is throwing a code
