the first and second problem, i beleive are related. my horn quit working and whenever i turn the steering wheel the abs light and bell go off. this happens every time i even slightly turn the wheel. the third problem is my rear driver's side door window, which is power, quit going up and down. you can hear the motor working but no window movement. i took it a part and found that a plastic guide for the cable that is located at the bottom of thee door had broken. now here is the real problem. the dealer says that this guide is not available from dodge seperate from the entire window motor assembly. it would cost $260 to fix this problem when all I need is this little plastic cable guide that pops right into the door. any suggestions? thanks

the first and second probs sound like wiring, I would try a new horn to see if it works, sometimes horns just die, the problems don't seem to be likely related. I replaced mine cause it sounded weak (new one's 150Db air horn)
but it was actually just a connection, now i has a truck horn on my sunfire.
