Default Leaky

Just developed a leak where the short drive shaft from the transfer case hooks up with the front axle...guessing its a bad gasket. Anybody know if it will hurt to drive, what kind of fluid it is leaking, or how much it will cost (or hours of labor) to get it fixed? Thanks in advance for any help

I replaced the seal for the rear driveshaft where it goes into the transfer case. I did it when I replaced all my u-joints. it is a seal with a rubber boot on it. I had to get it from the dealer. no one around me could even get the part # for it.and I think it was around $65. and it took 2 minutes to install.
