Default dakota r/t w/ nitrous

will a 100 shot hurt a stock r/t?

You can more than likely do it just fine. But my suggestion would be to first give you're truck a good tune up. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc (just to be on the safe side). To get the most out of the nitrous however a good intake, throttle body, and free flowing exhaust will help. Also you may want to consider not just going directly to a 100 shot, start with something smaller and work you're way up (again play it safe, a lot of damage can be done with nitrous if not used properly).

I know this isnt the same engine but, I have seen a 4.7L blown to hell from a 100 shot.

Check Dakota-durango.com, they have alot of good info on this kind of stuff.
