i need a new transfer case mine is f**ked, im having ahardtime locating one from a bone yard seems no one ever crashes a dak out here what other chrysler vehicles can i use a transfer case from i have a np231d in my 99 dak it also has a 5.2 ext cab reg bed please fill me in im in bad need of a transfer case.

 

anyone have any ideas it would be very helpful

 

I'm not 100% on this but I would think you could use a transfer case from almost any late model chrysler vehicle with a 5.2, 5.9 or maybe even the 4.7. not to sure if you could use anything new enough that it was bolted to a hemi though.

 

Looks like the only other one you might be able to use on yours is the NV242 or the NV231 t-cases. NV and NP is the same thing. Grand Cherokees use these same T-cases. Especially for the 231 would be the Laredo version of the Grands.
