My 2003 Dodge Dakota's Air Conditioner blows out of all the vents at all times, regardless of the settings. I'm pretty sure I have a bad check valve in the vacuum line, but I don't know where it is or how to change it. Any hehlp is appreciated.

 

you have to pull the dash but becarefull of the airbags.
