I have no experience with the Jet module but I have read posts from people who have not been satisfied.
My own experience has been with the Superchips Tuner which I have found to be the best money that I have spent on my truck performance wise ($310 from Strippermotorsports promptly delivered). In addition to a noticeable power increase, the transmission shift points for my automatic have smoothed out considerably.
Just my observations.
