I can use the same FIPK as the 5.9 correct? and it will fit without any modifications? Thanks people

it will not fit... the location of the TB in relation to where the shield needs to mount is not the same. you may be able to fab a piece to make it work though...

otherwise, to my knowledge, the drop in or one that mounts on top of the TB are your only options

 

does any other manufactuers make a CAi for the 3.9L then?

 

I recall seeing one a long time ago but dont remember who. your best bet is to start searching.

 

Airaid and K&N are pretty much the same, Airaid makes a really nice CAI kit for your 02 3.9L
