Should be accessable from the passenger foot well area (mounted to the HVAC unit).

 

i'm having the same problem, just started to do it. what are some things i should look at? i would bring it back to the stealership but warranty just ran up. my truck is an 01 Dakota Sport Extended Cab with the 3.9L v6 automatic. thanks in advance.
