Default Fuse wiring diagram

Looking for a fuse wiring diagram for the dash on a 2002 dodge dakota 4x4, v-8, 4.7L. Keep blowing the PRNDL(emission light) fuse. I replace it and it blows again. I have very little power when depressing the gas pedal. My transmission position indicator light/switch isn't working either. I got a dash code P1698. Someone told me to check the wiring under the dash from fuse block to see if there is a short or anything funky goin' on under there. Can anyone help me out?

Default RE: Fuse wiring diagram

Here's a wiring diagram.
P1698 - No CCD/J1850 messages recieved from the electronic transmission control module (EATX) or the Aisin trasnsmission controller.
(CCD = Chrysler Collision Detection J1850 is a "data bus.") This code it probably set because of the blown fuse (and therefore, nothing being sent from the transmission solenoid/trs (transmission range sensor) assembly.
