Default Lil, took your advice....

Had the flowmaster standard 40 installed yesterday. Performance gains were very obvious and the sound is exactly what I wanted. Sounds like power, not a cry for attention, and no annoying high-pitch pop or crackle like the glasspacks. It goes great with the modified Trueflow intake, together they take it from 60 to 80 in a heartbeat, and take-offs really throw your head back. Going to try the Royal Purple total fluid change in the next few weeks. Can't say if mpg's has increased yet, but with the sound and performance improvements, I just don't care.

Tim

BTW, anybody have any experience with the Royal Purple line?

Gald to hear you got the same feeling I did when I changed mine I was very happy, I was able to do 1 freeway trip so far to check MPG and got 20.8 but with the new power and sound it sure it hard not to press that gas peddle down and go hehe
