2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab, 4.7L V8, 90k miles

Check engine light is on. Autzone checked code & reset. Light is back on. Troublecode is P0551 - "Power steering pressure sensor out of range for the current engine operating conditions". Power steering fluid level is OK. Is the sensor going out? Where is the sensor? Is it hard to change? Any other ideas what this could be?
