that sucks!!! sorry to hear it. one thing I did on a truck I had a long time ago was to put a heavy duty switch in line with the "auto in park or neutral" line, if the switch was open it wouldnt start no matter what you did. I hid the switch under the seat cover at the time, it worked really well. If you get it back you may want to consider something like that in addition to an alarm.

Ah crap you are right out in Rocklin, I live in Orangevale and work in West Sac.....tell me what part of town did it get taken from?......I will keep my eyes open big time I am always noticing all the other Dakota's on the road your is not so common looking should be easy to spot.

Thanks. I've e-mailed everyone I know to keep an eye out for it. You never know, someone might see it. It was taken from Gateway Oaks and West El Camino Ave. Just on the other side fo the river from downtown Sac.

Sorry to hear that man It really sucks. I know how ya feel. I had a car stolen from me too. You want nothing more but to get it back and find the people who took it and handle it. Best of luck getting it back. Hopefully it will turn out better for you than it did for me.
