Ive got a 2004 Dakota Quad Cab with a FIPK2, Flowmaster 40,Mobil1 Extended Performance oil, and it keeps going on but my question is about HID Lights does anyone have them on there Dakotas I want to get the kit but I dont know if its easy to install and where can I buy it.

There are lots of people I've seen who have done this mod. They look great. A lot of guys have looked for kits on ebay. I can post some pics of them if you'd like to see some.

 

you know i thought about this and decided not to. keep in mind i haven't thoroughly researched this but im under the impression that they don't hold up to shock very well. i don't off-road perse but i do spend a bit of time in the desert when i take out the quads. also they don't work well without a focusing unit, i have seen the aftermarket motorcycle kits and the light is all over the place. i wouldn't buy a kit for any vehicle that goes off road and i wouldn't buy a kit that doesn't come with a full lens including a focusing unit.
