my repair manual said this was something with the govenor idle, not sure really, but cant seem to find any info on it, does this code mean something else....how do i fix code P1756???need help asap, thanks for any input ahead of time

 

I am not familiar with this code but heres what I found: Governor Pressure Not Equal To Target At 15–20 PSI
So that would tell me that the governor pressure isnt high enough inside your transmission. I guess I would start with a tranny filter and fluid change, I'm by no means a tranny expert but thats my 2 cents worth.
