There are a lot of center consoles that will fit in the Dakota that are made for the jeep but have dimensions that will fit the dak, I've even seen one with a built in cooler so it just depends on what you want to do with that space.

 

Ya, I put in Dakota Console and only head consoles came up, then I tried Durango Consoles and some more came up, well I bet on Ebay there'd be more Jeep stuff, so try that.

Under Durango Console I saw the built in Cooler one two, thats cool.

 

Yup dakotasport that is my console to the T (Mine is tan though like the rest of my interior) The only thing is that mine is a 4x4 and only available as an auto [:'(] so my shifter for my 4wd is to the left of where your stick is and I have a little area where your shifter is to put loose items... If I ever have my tranny go out again I'm gonna drop in a dakota manual so I won't have to worry about it anymore. I want a manual anyway the only reason I got an auto is because my wife was saying she couldn't drive it. I've owned my D for almost a year now and guess who has never driven it...

 

hahaha... really? the 318 dakot 5speed(they didnt make 5speed for 360) would fit your 360? man save up for it and post pics on it and show me

Would a 318 mag fit directly into my Dakota? and fit on my Trans?? Cause I have a 318 that could be swapped maybe, it was auto and in the Ram Van, it only has 70K miles...

 

I dunno I thought they made a manual for the 360 as well...

 

well, all the dakota 360 R/Ts were auto.. maybe in the rams 360 but I dont know...

 

I know they had to make a manual for the 360 it's just a matter of looking around.

 

I have the center console that rests between the Bucket seats. But the lid on mine is all busted up. Anybody know where to get a new lid for it? It is gray. Mine is a 2000 Ext Cab 4.7L 4x4

 

I put a universal Tuffy console in mine. It looks pretty good and adds some real security.

 

i will take some pics and post mine after work tonight. as for the manual tranny for 360. i want to say that the nv3500 will bolt up to a 318 and a 360. just not sure if the tranny will handle the extra power from the 360 for very long.
