the guy i bought my truck from had custom window cranks on and it messed up the post that they mount on. is it possible to replace just the post, if not does anyone know of a set of custom cranks that bolt on or something because the splines on the post are stripped

 

Vice grips work well other than that you'll propably have to buy the whole assembly.

 

how bad is it? you might be able to rework it and stuff something in between the handel and the psot to keep it firm atleast as a temp fix
