Default U-Joint replacement - How difficult??

2001 Dakota, quad cab 4wd, 63k miles, starting to have some clunking/stutter/jerking, feels like u-joints, there's a little bit of play in the drive shaft - how difficult a job is it to replace the u-joints?

Well we have a manual you can download on here for the next few days. I'm in the process of trying to get the pages you would need onto my photobucket account but they're being a PITA to load for some reason. Eh I'll just mail em to you. PM me your email addy.
*EDIT* Ok your name is your email I'm blind I'm sending it now
