Any body in the upstate NY area with a programmer? I cant afford to buy a new one, but i would be willing to pay someone to program mine. the truck is a 98 Dakota with the 3.9 v6

 

I don't think that would work. Something like a Superchips will take off your factory settings and save them to it. Replacing them with the upgraded settings. So that you can put them back if you want. They're only good on one vehicle at a time.
