Default K&N FIPK for 3.9?

i was lookin on k&n's site at the FIPK kit for the 5.9l V8... i kno its a la magnum motor, same as the 3.9 V6... except the v6 has the rear 2 cylinders shaved off to make it the 6 versuses the 8... anyway.... chances of it fitting with little or no modification?... i need more power in this v6.. pissing me off...

K&N and Airaid are identical, I have owned both and can not tell the differance in looks, design or performance they have a nice kit for your truck.
