I just installed a K&N CAI last night. I love it so far. Sounds great. Part # 57-1516 for my 02 4.7l quad cab.

you may want to consider a bigger filter if you want more top end... did this on my 2000 and the difference was awesome. gained alot of top end power with minimal low end loss.
