Don't forget, you need an electic supercharger as well.

Well, I asked someone in the Gen 1 board how they did a burn out (they have one for their avatar), and they said they were just powerbraking.. and he's got a V-6.
Anywho, I would probably agree with the "applying too much brake."

how could i forget the electronic supercharger?

anyway, i have a 3.9 and have no trouble whatsoever breaking the back loose when i want to. unfortunately my tires cost almost $200 per, so it is an expensive burnout!

All you need is 2 hemi stickers on each fender and one NOS sticker on the right corner of the rear glass. With that set up you should be able to do a 50 foot burn out.

If your talking dry pavement and trying to power brake, keep in mind you have a 3.9 V6 in a Quad Cab dakota. Idk if you'll have the power to spin the rear tires due to the fact that the extra length of the cab is closer to the rear wheels. Club Cab or and older Dakota would be a different story. Does it just bog down on you when you try to spin them with your brake on?? Do you have the wide tires on most 2nd gen Dakotas?? How's their tred??? Still doesnt spin, if so ease up on the brake, if that doesnt work then you probably dont have the power to chirp them on dry pavement.

I dont think he wants to go that fast. that might add a lil bit too much power.
