Default NOTHING WORKS AAAAGGGGHHHHH

I just traded a 89 mustang gt drag car for a 2000 dakota quad slt The guy replaced the dash with a 1998 because the origional dash was painted several colors. I cant get the turn signals brake lights or hazard to work or even the headlights to work. the high beam dash light stays on all the time. the 2000 wiring harness was used so I cant figure out why other than the fog light switch is missing and yes it doese have fogs. I think the switch missing breaks the circuit but not sure and cant find one to try it out. The truck is lowered and rear 4 link added with bags doese anyone know what wheels will tuck the rear when the frame is on the ground?

wow, that is a lot of questions. as far as the wiring, ask the previous owner, he will be the only one who knows exactly what he did.

sombody shoot the electrition, I don't even know where to begin with that subject... start by doing an overhaul on the relay panel and installing a new switch.
the problem sounds like its in the relays somewhere.

as for the wheels, you could fit 22's with little or no fitment issues or If you know what you're doing, I've seen 24's tucked up real tight,
are there bags on the front too?
if not i would recommend installing them or you could run into some serious problems,

one more thing, post pics! I want to see this dak.
