Default 3.9L 4x4

Hey, i got a 03' 3.9L 4x4 ext. cab. Looking to get some more power out of this manual transmission truck. I want to get a throttle body spacer, possibly a single cat-back exhaust system, and an cold air intake, however. Whats a good exhaust to go with. I want something not too loud and not looking too out of control, but adds to mpg and HP!? Is a btter intake useless without better exhaust, and are the throttle body spacers worth it? Thanks -Smyrldog4x4

tb spacers are nothing but a big paper weight, as far as an exhaust and intake, most people buy a good muffler and go to their local shop and have them bend the pipe. its cheaper than buying a kit and doing it yourself. and yes more air in means more air out, so you would want to get a nice intake. great deals on ebay, bought my k/n fipk for 212.00 my exhaust was 250.00 out the door. paid in cash so no sales tax.
