Default HELP!!! HEADLIGHTS OUT

[:@] '98 Dakota V6 auto 4x4 Club Cab-- I have all parking lights, fog lamps, and hi beams but NO low beams. I checked the bulbs and they are good. I have power at the relay under the hood. At the light bulb socket plug I only have power at one post when the hi beams are on, and no power at any other post when the lo beams should be on. PLEASE HELP -thanx

Either the switch in the dash or the highbeam switch in the steering column.

Power at the relay you say, but there should be a constant power, switched power, output, and a ground for a normal relay. Do you have all of those?
