Default oil pressure sensor switch R2

Anyone have tips for removing the oil pressure sensor switch mounted next to the distributor? Do you need a special socket? Oil pressure acting slow (3 - 4 seconds after engine start to indicate pressure) during startup since changing oil and adding Lucas oil treatment 3-4 seconds for pressure seems longer than usual. Thinking the Lucas additive is plugging up my gallery to the sensor switch? Flushed engine with name brand engine flush and refilled with using 10W-30W Castrol GTX without Lucas oil additive and NAPA gold filter. Engine is 5.2 with 100K. Oil pressure at idle is 1/8 inch to the right of the lower operating range (20 psi + ??) and 40 - 45 PSI at 1500 RPM when at normal operating temps Is the oil pressure sensing switch fed by a gallery that dead ends at the switch? Thanx in advance. Have learned a lot from other posts. Great forum!![sm=americanasmiley.gif]

Yes, there is a special socket for it. Got mine at A-Zone.
