Hi

This is my first post. I have been a member of the M5 Board for over a year and a half with 600 posts. I hope to rack up my posts and get knowledge on my new truck.

From one noob to another, welcome!

/// MPower M5 I hate to burst your bubble but I think you just got taken advantage of. I just paid $14,900 for a 2004 CC 4X4 with only 28K miles and not a single scratch on it anywhere. I mean Grandma herself must have driven this thing arround becuase I can't believe how clean it is. Of course, I spent 3 weeks scouring the internet and I test drove about 9 trucks all over Ohio before I found this one. I drove about 60 miles to get it, but it was definitely worth the drive and the time searching. I looked at older Dakotas (2003's & 2002's) with more mileage and in much worse shape than mine that they wanted even more money for, but you have to search around to find a good deal.

For the problems you describe, I wouldn't have given them near that much. Good luck on getting your problems fixed, but I would consider seeing about getting my money back on this one...

Agreed.

If you do get screwed and they dont do a damn thing for you, for the check engine light, check this post: https://dodgeforum.com/m_555666/tm.htm As for the other stuff, I think everyone else summed it all up.

Anyway, welcome to the forum and good luck with you Dak.
