The 4.7 Liter engines hold six quarts. Check the oil now that you've driven a bit. My guess is you'll find it's just a bit low. Not to worry. This will not have hurt anything, nor will the oil pressure rise any. What you are experiencing is normal for this engine. Forty pounds is sufficient for pretty much any engine.
