Default + battery connector stuck

I can't seem to get off my postive battery connector which I am trying to do because I would like to reset my RAM in my truck but I can't get it off as it is rusted so bad. I losened the nut and no go tried to pry it apart no go.

try either prying on it with a screw driver or put vise grips on it to loosen it off.

if the positive terminal is rusted/corroded that bad, you should replace the positive terminal all together. you can get a new terminal for less than $10 at any auto parts store. be sure to pick up some of the protective grease to prevent/slow down future corrosion.

you can always give the terminal (not the battery) a kind whack with a small hammer to "pursuade" it a little.
