Does anyone have instructions on how to re-time the engine in a dakota? I've been doing some work to it and I turned the crank while the engine was apart. I have a 99 r/t with the 5.9L engine. I replaced the distributor with a brand new one from MSD. I read somewhere that you're supposed to bump the starter with ur finger over the first spark plug hole to feel compression?? Does anyone have any suggestions?
