2000 Dakota starting issue!!!

I have a 2000 Dakota sport club cab 4.7 with 20,000 miles. When I go to start it it turns over for about 8 sec's before starting, and when it does start it idles rough. ANY SUGGESTIONS

I would do a tune-up. If it has that little milage for the year it is, it probably sat for a long time. Do that, and see what happens.

I've done a tune up spark-plugs, air-filter, throttle body cleaning, sea-foam in the gas, oil change.
