Default Warm Idle Stall

I have a weird issue, especially since it's winter.

I've got a 1997 Dakota 5.2 4X4. When I start the truck up in the morning, it runs great. but as soon as it warms up it stalls and wont keep running. It'll start up ok but then stalls again. As soon as it gets cold (sitting awhile) it'll run great until it gets warm.

Any Ideas??
