Default tire sizes for lifted truck

i have a 2000 dakota 4X4 and i am installing a 3" body lift and 3"blocks in the back and adjust the torsion bars for the front for a total of 6" of lift, what is the biggest tire i could fit under the truck after i do this. I have it at stock height now and have 31's on it.

I do not advise you to use 3" blocks. I would go out and buy some shackles for the rear. it's alot safer.

but you should beable to fit 33's. it all depends on the windth of the tire and the backspacing of the rim.

it sounds like your truck will be nose diving quite abit if you wanna raise the rear up 3" and the front up 2". I think they nose dive enough stock. I would do a 2" t/s lift with a 3" body and you'll be set.

With a six inch lift, you should be able to throw 35" tires on there without a problem, or at most minor trimming. Your biggest problem will be finding the right combination of tire width and wheel offset.
