Default 3.9 exhaust and cold air question 02 model

looking to improve my mpg on dakota, has anyone put modified exhaust or cold air induction on, and if so did it help fuel economy or any other suggestions to pick up fuel

Yep the easier the air flows in and out, the better gas mileage. Another thing that makes a big difference is a tonneau cover. With all 3 of these mods, I gained 3 mpg. The biggest thing you can do is just go easy on the loud pedal.

+1 for the above the stock exhaust is just so restrictive it feels like. When i put my gibson catback and CAI intake i really noticed a pick up in her pep and a couple mpg better on the econemy 2
