ok i just got through changing my oil and i noticed a hose just hanging not attatched to anything. near my oil pani followed it up and it runs to the passenger side of my radiator and is hooked to nothing. It has a cap on it. anyone have a clue where it is supposed to go?

 

There is nothing at either end of it...?thinking its your front diff vent tube...

 

the one end has a yellowish tan colored hollow insert in it and it looks like it plugs into something. its the end underneath the truck. the other end up by the radiator like right next to it on the passenger side is capped off the hose is about 1/2 inch wide

 

pretty sure its the vent tube...is your vent tube hooked up...?

 

ya, it sounds like the vent tube for the front diff
