My parents Dodges have all had squeaky belts. Mom's Spirit, now her Stratus, even the 93 Cummings my Dad just traded in. Yet my 2000 4.7 is fine. My dad swaped out belts and pulleys trying to get rid of the squeal, it always came back!!!

It could be power steering pump. In the winter time my power steering pump started to make noise out of the blue. Now that it is warm here in it doesn't make that noise anymore. The only way to find out is troubleshooting with different parts.

Cant remember who it was but somebody on here gave me a great idea... take a 3-4 foot piece of hose hold one end to you ear and the other move around so you can pinpoint the noise...
