Default 408 help

Hello, I plan to have my engine made into a 408 and really have no idea where to begin other than the rotating assembly. Can anyone help me out by telling me what else is NEEDED for this build up. If that would take too long maybe someone can point me in the direction of a competent and trustworthy engine builder in the Southern California area. Can this even be accomplished for around $5500? Any help is greatly appreciated.[/align]
