Default 4.7 L Cat.

Hey hey. I am driving a 2000 Dakota 4.7 L 4x4 and was wondering if I can remove the cat without any problem... or will it completely screw the engine and make it run like a heap of junk. Help appreciated

IT will run fine, however, you will need to purchase an O2 simulator to keep the Check Engine light off. Is there a reason you want to remove it? Purchase a high-flow cat if it is a preformance want.

leave tha cat on. tkae a one inch piece of rebarb and ram it through the cat. this will make it a free flowing system and you still will be able to use the bung for the sensor
