Default Electrically issue

I'm still having a little electrically issue. Whenever it gets wet underneath my truck I lose powerlocks, 4wd, whippers, headlights and I believe thats all. It only happens when its wet and if i disconnect the battery, wait a few minutes and then hook it back up, usually everything will work again. Also once it drys up and everything, it all works again.

Any ideas?

Without looking at it, I'd guess that the moisture is somehow getting into the under-hood fuse block. Since water is a conductor, (and again, this is all speculation, but it's a place to start) its allowing something to ground out and therefore shutting down affected circuits. Try pulling the under hood fuse box and running over the seams with silicon, make sure that there's no exposed wiring going to or from the fuse box, and just do a quick once over for all the electrical in the engine compartment.

i'd say your CTM is getting wet. when that gets wet, things go crazy like what you're describing.
