Default Dakota Power Vent Windows

Does anyone remember a magazine article that came out quite a while
ago, about using the power vent window motors from a caravan to make
power vent windows in a Dakota? As I remember it was pretty detailed
and made it look pretty easy. I THOUGHT I had a copy of it, but can't
find it anywhere.

Now that I finally sold my 04 Ram and am a Dakota owner again, I would
LOVE to do this conversion.

Thanks!

i am interested as well. i guess you would need the actuator, mounting for the actuator to window and the actuator to the body. as far as wiring, i havent seen the caravan's controls. further info on this would be great as i could see this becoming a popular mod.

I've received 2 emails from guys off the MML that remember this article, and 1 says he has a copy of the article, but is out of town until the end of the month. He said he'll get me a copy of it when he gets home.

The other guy remembers the article and said the conversion was setup for pre 97 trucks, and 97+ trucks had some additional mounting issues, but I'm still willing to check it out. I even went as afar as to buy an 01 Dakota Quad Cab Drivers side power window switch setup off of ebay so I could control the rear vents w/ factory switches. HOPEFULLY it will work out. I'll let everyone know as soon as I get the article.
