Just changed out the first battery and now the keyless entry does not work. Not only that but when I do manually unlock the doors the lift gate will not open.

Tried the key programming protocol listed in the owners manual but with no success. Outside of warranty so I dont want to spen the $85 or so bucks to take it to the dealer. ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
