i have a 2006 durango with an 18" rim right off the factory. now i have a friend that have a 2007 ram 1500 and his got an aftermarket rim 22" and his selling it to me.. are the bolt pattern the same as my durango? will this cause me some rubbing issue? i am also pulling a 26 foot travel trailer, will this be an issue as well? i am thinking of getting an upgrade anyways maybe a 20" but his selling his at a great price and just want to make sure it fits my durango.

Yes on all accounts. You will need to do the torsion lift which will take you all of 15 minutes to do.
