I'm considering purchasing an 06 Durango 5.7 Hemi SLT 4x4, 42K miles, Prior Fleet Vehicle for 16,900. I work at a dealership and feel that it's a good deal.It has a clean title.I just don't know about thier durability.The lot I work at has only used cars and trucks from just about every make and model.Please help.

 

Price sounds pretty good. I can only tell you from my experience with my D about reliability. It has given me zero problems since I purchased it. It is an 04 with the 4.7L though. I have just over 29k on it now. I've been told by a few mechanics to service the differentials and the transfer case with synthetics and to do it more often than Dodge recommends. They are very expensive components to replace and keeping them well lubed will go a long way for durability.
