Default First Mods questions

Hey guys, first post. I have an 07 LTD Hemi looking to do a CAI and cat back exhaust. Need help on what to choose. For CAI's I'm considering the Mopar Performance CAI $380, the K&N 63 series aircharger $295, or the K&N 77 series High Flow CAI (not sure what the difference btwn the two K&N kits is except that the aircharger claims more HP gains). For cat back's, considering the Mopar Performance cat back exhaust system $880?, and the Magnaflow cat back $643. What do you guys think? Also, the Mopar cat back is listed for 04-05 model yr, but will fit a 5.7. Will this even work for me? Any info you guys can give me on these or other products is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I think both those exhaust systems are ridiculously high priced...

I had an exhaust shop fab up my true dual exhaust system, cost me 425 dollars, including TWO flowmaster delta flow 50s...

Also, you have the HEMI w/ MDS.... aftermarket exhausts from when I have heard them, sound like crap when the MDS kicks in....

Sorry..

Frenchy, thanks for the info. I did a little research on the forum, and you're right. Some people complain of a knock or "funny" sound with mods on the exhaust when the MDS kicks in. I wonder how bad it is and how often it occurs? Sounds like at low throttle is when it happens most and can be controlled with throttle manipulation. Others just turned off their OD to eliminate the MDS from kickingin...but I'm not sure I'm keen on that. Anyway, what else have you heard on this issue?
Thanks.
